Race + Power Weekly

This week’s Race + Power newsletter centers on different forms of rest and wellness, from personal life to the workplace, as NPQ staff begin a two-week period of rest. First, a sneak peek of what’s to come from the “Off the Hook” social series after our break. Next, we look at the importance of incorporating self-care into one’s work practices to create positive changes. Then, the Black-led organizations working to create better systems for health and wellness. Finally, we end with a look at “radical rest.”
