Friend, This Friday, February 28 at 9 am, state leaders are holding the second interim legislative hearing on the cost of prescription drugs. Carson St., Carson City, NV 89701. Click here and let us know you'll be there! The subsequent hearings are scheduled for Thursday, March 26th and Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Senate Bill 276 directs the Legislative Commission to appoint a committee to conduct an interim study concerning the costs of prescription drugs as well as explore opportunities and options for making those drugs more affordable for Nevada residents. The committee will report its findings and recommendations to the Legislative Committee on Health Care and the 2021 Session of the Nevada Legislature. You can read more here.
