The first Republican presidential debate just wrapped up. Don't worry: we watched so you wouldn't have to. And here's the thing -- it doesn't matter what was said on the stage tonight. No amount of pandering, avoiding the question, cross-talk, or meaningless platitudes can hide the truth:

Every one of the Republican candidates for president would work to restrict abortion in America.

Whether they said it onstage or not, we know these candidates would work in lockstep with a Republican Congress to pass federal abortion bans. We also know, because we've seen it happen, that this Party is very willing to subvert democracy and remake our judicial branch into a conservative hellscape.

That's where we come in. Holding the Senate, flipping the House, and reelecting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris next year are crucial in order to stop Republicans' attacks on abortion in their tracks. We can do all of that by electing Democratic pro-choice women up and down the ballot.
