Arizona’s Supreme Court just agreed to hear a case that could revive and enforce an archaic, near-total abortion ban from 1864.

The fact that extreme Republicans are attempting to uproot this draconian abortion ban, from a time when women weren’t even guaranteed the right to vote, shows just how cruel and out of step they are from the vast majority of Arizonans.

Let me be clear: I’m going to continue doing everything in my power to protect reproductive rights and abortion access in Arizona — including fighting to enshrine abortion protections in Arizona’s Constitution next November — but I need to know you’re with me.
