The upcoming presidential election represents a unique opportunity for us
to amplify our voice and challenge the status quo. However, to truly make
an impact, we must first overcome a significant hurdle: BALLOT ACCESS.
Ballot access is the right of a political party to have its candidates
appear on the ballot in an election. In the United States, ballot access
requirements vary from state to state.
The Libertarian Party faces significant challenges in gaining ballot access
in many states. This is because the two major parties have a stronghold on
the political system and have made it difficult for third parties to

We believe that ballot access should not be a barrier to the spread of
liberty. Our vision includes creating a network of states that support
reciprocity, allowing successful ballot access in one state to facilitate
access in others.
A presidential candidate with ballot access in all 50 states has a far
greater reach. Your contribution will help us promote this vision and
effect meaningful change across the nation.

Here are the specific ways your donation will be used:
* SIGNATURE GATHERING CAMPAIGN: Obtaining the required number of
signatures from registered voters is an essential step in gaining ballot
access. Your support will empower our dedicated volunteers to canvass
neighborhoods, attend events, and gather the signatures needed to qualify
for the ballot.
* LEGAL ASSISTANCE: Unfortunately, gaining ballot access often comes with
legal challenges and bureaucratic hurdles. Your donation will enable us to
seek expert legal counsel and overcome any legal obstacles that stand in
our way.
* OUTREACH AND PROMOTION: Running a successful ballot access campaign
demands extensive outreach efforts. Your contribution will fuel our
advertising, promotional materials, and social media campaigns, ensuring
our message reaches a broader audience.
* EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES: By securing ballot access, we gain the
opportunity to educate voters about libertarian principles and how they can
bring real change to your state.
There are four states that need our help in 2023. The cost of paying to
have signatures gathered is roughly $10 PER SIGNATURE. Our signature
requirements for each state are:
