Patriot,
If you had told 7-year-old Tim Scott he would
one day be on a Presidential debate stage, he would NOT believe you.
I’m a child of divorce. When I was 7, my mom, my older brother, and I moved
into a two-bedroom rental house that we shared with my grandparents.
My Mama and Granddaddy told me you can be bitter or you can be better. You can be a
victim or you can choose victory. Well, I’m ready to choose victory!
Tonight, I’ll share why the truth of my life disproves the
Left’s lies and why I believe America can do for anyone what she’s done for me.

As a poor Black kid from the Deep South who went on to
start a business and serve in the U.S. Senate, I’m living proof that America is the greatest nation on God’s green earth. I’m living
proof of the American Dream.
That’s why it pains my soul to see Joe Biden take us in the wrong direction and it’s why I’ll NEVER BACK
DOWN from fighting for the conservative values that make America exceptional.
