Dear Members and Associates,
Tomorrow evening is the DFL caucus, and I hope everyone can attend. This is one way that we build power.
A number of resolutions have piled up in my inbox, and I will share them here. We are not endorsing these, just passing them on for your consideration. If you see one or two you feel passionately about, print it out and bring it to the caucus to read and submit (you can staple the resolution onto an official resolution form, like a tax return). Some of these are already on the official form.
In no particular order:
Blank Resolution Form
Medicare For All and Minnesota Health Plan Resolution
Border to Border Statewide Broadband Initiative
Copper Sulfide Mining (Prove-It First)
Social, Economic and Racial Justice (SERJ)
Inclusive Education Curriculum
Improve Minnesota Air Quality Standards
Homes For All (go here for full language and instructions)
Farm Advocate and Legal Action Programs
Expand Public Healthcare Coverage
Reject Construction of The Border Wall
If you don't see your issue here, I encourage you to search for a Minnesota organization working on it, and you will likely find they have a resolution prepared that you can bring.
Caucus registration starts at 6:30 pm, and you can find your location here: https://caucusfinder.sos.state.mn.us/
In Solidarity,
John Krumm
