Francine Ly is running to represent Texas 24th Congressional District in 2024. She believes in the people of this District. She believes in an America where we build great things and shatter glass ceilings that seek to contain us. She is running to make sure that the people in Congressional District 24 have a voice and that our values are represented in D.C.

She has been a Certified Court Manager for over 12 years and prior Texas Legislative Director for over 8 years. Her experience in the legislature and courts as well as a grassroots leader for over a decade, is proof that she knows your voice is the most important. As a grassroots leader, SDEC member, precinct chair, and the Chair of the Asian American Pacific Islander Public Affairs; the combination of her life experiences has prepared her with the knowledge, skills, and temperament to build consensus with anyone willing to get the job done and end the chaos that the MAGA Republicans have created in the People’s House.
