Existing home sales fell 2.2 percent in July to a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 4.07 million units, representing a 16.6 percent decrease in sales versus a year ago. NAFCU Chief Economist and Vice President of Research Curt Long analyzed the report in a new NAFCU Macro Data Flash report.
