Next week, we are bringing the fight to protect abortion access to the U.S. Supreme Court. On March 4, our attorneys will stand before the Justices and argue our case challenging a law that would decimate access to abortion care in Louisiana. But make no mistake, this fight extends far beyond the state’s borders.
In states across the country, anti-abortion politicians are working overtime to legislate abortion care out of existence by passing increasingly extreme and medically unnecessary restrictions limiting access to abortion care.
