Hi friend, I don’t think we’ve met just yet!
Last week was my first as our new Senior Director, Fundraising here at the Liberal Party of Canada’s HQ – and since you’ll be hearing from me a little more often, I thought I’d introduce myself.
Having worked with community leaders, and partners across business and government in fundraising and marketing, I’m joining the Liberal Party’s team to help build on the success of last fall’s campaign, and to make sure our teams have the resources to continue connecting with more Canadians across the country.
I’m also a mother of two, concerned about how we can keep working together to move Canada forward, and leave the best possible future for our children and grandchildren.
It’s this movement’s incredible drive to push for a better today and brighter tomorrow – and the extraordinary Canadians that are part of it from coast to coast to coast – that inspired me to jump on board for all that’s next.
From investing in new tools and training for our teams of volunteers across the country, and getting ready to welcome thousands of Liberals for our 2020 National Convention in Ottawa, I know there’s a lot to look forward to as we work towards a better future and our next campaign.
But I can’t wait to take on this challenge with you, friend. And with your support, and the contribution of Canadians across the country powering this grassroots movement – there’s no question we can rise to the occasion.
We’ve got a lot of work to do – and that’s why I’m asking you to chip in what you can now to support Justin Trudeau and the Liberal team, as we continue to build on our progress together for Canadians.
