It's National Make-A-Will Month
Dear John,
At the National Council on Aging, our work to improve the lives of millions of older adults has forged new ways to help people age with dignity, purpose, and security. One of those is our three-year partnership with FreeWill [[link removed]] to help ensure every older American can create a will that reflects their wishes.
As a part of National Make-A-Will Month, I'm sharing this resource with you so you can begin creating your estate plan [[link removed]] . Your will is an opportunity to get peace of mind for your loved ones and protect your independence!
The FreeWill [[link removed]] tool walks you through the process, 100% for free, and often in less than 20 minutes.

Along with letting you make important decisions about your future, a will or estate plan also allows you to leave a legacy that supports causes close to your heart. We would be honored if you choose to include the National Council on Aging as beneficiary. Your support will go a long way to help more older adults age well.
I welcome your thoughts or questions about this resource. Please email my colleagues and me at
