A note from the 48th Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott:

Friend, Biden should send Texas a thank you note, not a lawsuit, for stepping up to secure the border in his absence.

Biden has set a record for illegal immigration.

While he refuses to secure the border, Texas is doing HIS job to protect our state and our nation.

If President Biden TRULY cared about public safety and human life, then he would ENFORCE federal immigration laws.

Joe Biden is SUING Texas for taking HISTORIC action to SECURE THE BORDER, but Texas will fully utilize its sovereign authority to respond to the border crisis that Biden created.

Joe Biden’s wide-open border policies have FAILED America and created a crisis at the border. The Biden Administration wants to PUNISH Texas for taking action, while they’ve IGNORED our country’s most pressing issue.

Texas will NOT back down from the fight to secure the border. Our deployment of floating marine barriers in the Rio Grande River is just another step to respond to this crisis and secure our border.

Until President Biden FINALLY steps up to the plate and secures the border, Texas will not stop. But I need your help to keep up the fight to secure the border, Friend.
