The TPO guides the transportation planning process and develops the Long Range Transportation Plan for implementing transportation system improvements in Miami-Dade County.

Congratulations to our MiamiYRs Board Member, Luis Valdez-Jimenez, appointed by District 12 Commissioner Juan Carlos Bermudez to the Miami-Dade County Independent Civilian Panel. Luis is an attorney, entrepreneur, and public speaker.

The ICP is an impartial entity created by the Board of County Commissioners to conduct independent investigations and review and hold public hearings regarding concerns or grievances made against sworn officers of the Miami-Dade Police Department.

We look forward to his continued service to the community, ensuring that police officers are treated fairly and impartially, and fighting back against Democrat efforts to weaponize the ICP.
