Back in May, I raised the flag on this issue, leading Commerce Committee Republicans in sending a letter highlighting our serious concerns regarding NHTSA nominee Ann Carlson.

Families should be free to purchase any vehicle they want, period.

This radical-left push to ban gas-powered cars and trucks will dramatically raise car prices, weaken our energy security, and ultimately benefit China – our greatest adversary. It’s a FULL-FRONTAL ASSAULT on American freedom.
