Because unfortunately for Mississippians, Attorney General Lynn Fitch has chosen the latter.
When tens of millions of taxpayer dollars intended to help low-income families were given away to politicians’ celebrity pals, AG Fitch didn’t investigate. She didn’t prosecute. She didn’t pursue a single consequence for those responsible.
She did, however, join other state attorneys general in attacking Target for selling Pride merchandise.
We’re working hard every day to elect Greta Kemp Martin as Mississippi’s next Attorney General because she’s tired of seeing our hard-earned tax dollars go to waste with zero accountability.
As our AG, Greta won’t hesitate to investigate violations of the law and prosecute the people at fault. She’ll enhance whistleblower protections so that people who know the law is being broken aren’t afraid to come forward. And she’ll use our state’s resources to improve the lives of our families, not to attack national corporations for Pride representation.
Greta Kemp Martin was born, raised, and educated in Mississippi. She is an active member of the Mississippi Bar, and currently works as the Litigation Director for Disability Rights Mississippi, the protection and advocacy agency for the state. As Attorney General, Greta will fight for the rights of everyday Mississippians, and stand up for the working people of this state.
