Last week, members of my agency and I attended the Maryland Association of Counties summer conference in Ocean City.

At the MACo conference, my team and I had the opportunity to speak on panels about artificial intelligence, cannabis reform, county budgets, and organizational equity. We all also spent time talking with local elected officials, and my team members shared their expertise and swapped ideas! It was incredibly productive.

Our agency also had a booth at the conference to speak directly with attendees about what our agency does and how our office can better serve Marylanders.

We can only build a better Maryland if we all work together, so my team and I appreciate any chance we get to connect with local elected officials. I look forward to continuing working together to improve our state!
