AASD messages

EW customized living services rate floor adjustments for disproportionate share facilities

• Audience:?Lead agencies, customized living providers and other interested parties
• Application period:?Sept. 1 to 30, 2023
• Summary:?The Minnesota Legislature approved a rate floor adjustment (or minimum daily rate) for customized living services providers that are designated as disproportionate share facilities. The rate floor adjustment amount is $131 for calendar year 2023. It will increase Jan. 1, 2024, as directed by statute. Once DHS determines the 2024 amount, we will announce it.
