Judicial Watch announced recently that it filed a Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the CIA for all communications of
the spy agency’s Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB)
regarding an October 19, 2020, email request to review and “clear” a
letter signed by 51 former intelligence community officials characterizing
the Hunter Biden laptop story as having “all the earmarks of a Russian
disinformation campaign”.

Maxine Waters Commemorates Hip Hop Anniversary; Music
Promotes Violence, Misogyny, Drugs
Keeping with her history of poor
ethical and moral fitness, a veteran congresswoman who has publicly
encouraged violence against presidential cabinet members and among police
protestors is proudly commemorating the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop and
rap, music famous for glamorizing violence, misogyny, drugs and
lawlessness. Celebrating the milestone, California Democrat Maxine Waters
claims that Hip Hop is an international culture-shaping force with a
growing role in politics. “When I was elected to Congress in 1991, many
politicians, including Black politicians, were either distancing themselves
from Hip Hop artists altogether or trying to censor rap music,” the
lawmaker says in the tribute statement issued this month.

Judicial Watch Statement on Special Counsel to
Investigate Bidens
But appointing U.S. Attorney
Weiss as special counsel, a man who tried to unethically slide Hunter’s
corrupt plea deal past a federal judge, is a sick joke. In fact, Mr. Weiss
should be under investigation for his dishonest statements to Congress and
his compromised, sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden.

American Family News
AFN talked

Special
Counsel for Hunter Biden Doesn’t Meet DOJ Regulations. Now What?
The Daily Signal
Recourse
to Garland’s appointment of Weiss as special counsel will have to be
political, said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a government
watchdog group.
“Congress should and can demand a more independent special counsel,”
Fitton told The Daily Signal. “Weiss should be a subject of a special
counsel investigation. There is a string of evidence of corruption,
obstruction of justice, and fraud on the courts by the Justice Department
regarding the Hunter Biden probe.”

Fake
electors play starring role in Jan. 6 charges against Trump
Washington Times
Tom
Fitton, president of the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, was
called to testify before the grand jury that indicted
Mr. Trump over his post-election actions.
Mr. Fitton, who consulted with Mr. Trump following the election,
said he testified to the grand jury about his concerns in 2020 when it was
reported that a group of top government officials, including Democrat John
Podesta, participated in a project called the Transition Integrity Project.
The participants played out 2020 election scenarios that would keep
Mr. Trump out of office.
