Accessible Parking in Texas

The Governor?s Committee on People with Disabilities (GCPD) Accessibility and Disability Policy Webinar Series is bringing you a webinar on one of our most requested topics ? Accessible Parking in Texas!

With a new law on accessible parking [ [link removed] ] passed by the 88th Legislature of Texas, GCPD is hosting a webinar with expert panelists to answer frequently asked questions about accessible parking such as:


* What standards are required for building accessible parking spaces?
* How does the recent law change Accessible Parking?
* How do I qualify for an accessible parking placard or plate?
* What are volunteer parking enforcement programs?
* And many more!!

To learn the answers to these questions and ask your own, join us at our webinar scheduled on September 7th from 10 to 11 A.M. The webinar will be hosted virtually through the Zoom platform. Registration [ [link removed] ] in advance is required for attendance.
