We are officially launching HER BOLD MOVE FLORIDA, John xxxxxx.

Here’s why:

On September 8th, Florida's Supreme Court will hear a case about a 15-week abortion ban. But here’s the thing, if the court upholds the ban, it will trigger a 30-day period before it becomes a six-week ban.

Florida is one of the only remaining Southeastern states that currently allows abortion after six weeks, so if the six-week ban goes into effect, people from states like Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas will have to travel even further for care.

That’s why we are joining a bipartisan coalition in Florida in an effort to pass a constitutional amendment protecting access to abortion. Please help support Her Bold Move Florida so we can fight for abortion access by donating $12.50 or more now →

In order to get the constitutional amendment on the ballot by November 2024, this coalition must submit 891,523 valid petition signatures to the state by February 1, 2024. We will all be working hard over the next few months to pull this off. Once the measure is on the ballot, it will require support from at least 60% of voters in order to pass.

Recent similar ballot measures in states across the country have shown us that when abortion is on the ballot, voters show up to defend their rights.

The cost per petition is $12.50. Considering how many signatures we need to collect, that will add up QUICK. Organizers in Florida need our help to raise enough money to cover these costs and get abortion rights on the ballot in 2024. If everyone chips in $12.50, we can help them get there.
