Did you see the news? Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand has introduced a joint resolution to finally codify the Equal Rights Amendment into the Constitution after 100 YEARS!

But Kirsten cannot pass this resolution without a strong Democratic Senate majority — and Republicans are targeting her seat for defeat! Please, friend, will you rush $5 or more right now to stand with Kirsten in her fight to win equality and defend our Senate majority?

Friend, the Equal Rights Amendment would legally end gender-based discrimination once and for all — allowing us to protect reproductive rights, enforce equal pay and so much more. And now, it has finally been ratified by the required 38 states. 

But even though the vast majority of Americans support it, an arbitrary deadline is preventing us from adding this amendment to the Constitution. Kirsten's joint resolution would allow us to circumvent this deadline and finally certify the ERA.

This is our best chance to stop the GOP's far-right attacks against women, restore reproductive freedom nationwide and defend our civil rights. But the harsh reality is that we can't get this done if Democrats lose the Senate majority.

Republican extremists in New York are emboldened like never before; last year, they won enough House seats to flip the chamber RED. And they're already targeting Kirsten's seat to take back the Senate.

Now, more than ever before, we need Kirsten's bold, relentless voice in the Senate to keep fighting for gender equality.
