Scott Yenor, Director of State Coalitions at the Claremont Institute Center for the American Way of Life, was published last week in the opinion pages of the Wall Street Journal.

His piece, “Florida’s Educational Triumph,” is a snapshot of his newly released report, Florida’s Blueprint for K-12 Education. Yenor is on the ground in  Tallahassee, Florida, as part of the Claremont Institute’s aggressive campaign to revive and reclaim a robust conservatism in the states.

Our Florida report details how the Sunshine State is culling radical ideologies that compromise educational rigor while replacing them with an educational system promoting competence and a reasonable patriotism.

Though there is still much work to be done in the way of pedagogical reform, Florida’s Blueprint for K-12 Education serves as an immediate model for concerned educators and state legislators to follow.

For far too long, conservatives have settled for theoretical or impractical playbooks when it comes to combating woke education. Claremont’s Florida blueprint is a decided departure from this mindset. We believe the hour is late and the fight is now.

Education reform and exposing the extent to which DEI and Leftism have corrupted and deformed American schools remains a focus of the Claremont Institute’s Center for the American Way of Life.
