Friends, you likely saw this news about the latest in the court battles around abortion medication, but I want to flag this very important reminder: Mifepristone is still safe, effective, and widely available .
And I’m going to keep fighting to make sure it stays that way.
Because if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times - ABORTION RIGHTS ARE A KITCHEN TABLE ISSUE!
Here’s the hard part, though. While Republicans continue to try to weaponize the courts to enact their anti-abortion agenda, they’re also doing every single thing in their power to expand their House majority and get control of the Senate and the White House so they can pass a nationwide abortion ban.
We can’t give a single inch in this fight, because if we do, they’ll take a mile - at the expense of women and people in need of reproductive care all across the country.
