This September, three of my Ceres colleagues will be undertaking a cycling adventure and riding 370 miles from Burlington, VT to Bar Harbor, ME to support Ceres' work to build a sustainable global economy.

Team Ceres - Fundraising For Climate Ride

This is not an easy journey. I helped lead a Ceres New England Climate Ride team four years ago, so I know firsthand the commitment it takes to complete a ride like that and raise the funds to make it happen.

But it’s more than worth it. Pedal by pedal, we are making progress protecting the climate and the amazing places that we love. And we’d love you to join us on the journey.

Here are three ways you can be a part of this year’s Climate Ride adventure:

Share some training tips—or if you are in the Boston area—join the Ceres team for a training ride.

Global threats from a warming planet, water scarcity, and loss of biodiversity are the most important challenges we face today. Please join the Ceres team as we work to bring awareness to the impact climate change is having on our planet.

I am not able to join my colleagues on the road this year, but will be cheering them on wholeheartedly from the sidelines!
