==============================
When you become part of the Project HOPE community, caring people like you help supply medicines, health worker training and other support to heal the world's physical wounds and illnesses. What you may not know is how much, with your partnership, we can also help children and families survive the mental trauma and pain that accompanies living through violent conflict, natural disasters and other humanitarian emergencies.
Survivors of conflict and crisis require care to heal from depression, anxiety, trauma and other wounds we can't always see. Let's work together to make sure they get the lifesaving care and support -- both physical AND mental -- they need now. Please make a special gift today, on National Nonprofit Day to help provide HOPE.

The war in Ukraine has seriously damaged the mental health of people trapped inside areas of active conflict for over a year -- not to mention the pain of people who've sought refuge in Poland, Romania and other countries. Sadly they've had to leave behind their homes, their lives, and even family members.
To help start the process of healing, Project HOPE and our partners have established community centers where survivors can find the lifesaving support they need. Your gift today can help provide the resources we need to continue and expand mental health care and all our humanitarian work around the world.
* UKRAINE *

Here in the United States, today is National Nonprofit Day -- a time to recognize the help and compassion that charities provide to make the world better. For all of us at Project HOPE, it's also an opportunity to let you and every supporter know how much we appreciate you . It's because of you that we can equip people around the world with the tools they need to cope with the traumas of crisis and loss.
You can help ensure that more women, children and men get the care, including mental health care, they need to survive and rebuild. That's the power of HOPE -- and your generosity -- so please make your best gift today.
With gratitude and HOPE,
