EVV Reminder: Onboard with HHAeXchange by Aug. 31

Begin the onboarding process with the new EVV vendor HHAeXchange.

*Current Users and New Personal Care Services (PCS)*

Program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who are transitioning to HHAeXchange, or have recently enrolled to provide PCS and are not in the proprietary system onboarding process, must submit the HHAeXchange Provider Onboarding Form [ [link removed] ] by *Aug. 31*.

*Home Health Care Services (HHCS)*

Program providers and FMSAs who will be new to EVV, due to the Cures Act HHCS [ [link removed] ] implementation, must submit the HHAeXchange Provider Onboarding Form [ [link removed] ] by *Oct. 31*. However, it's recommended to complete the form as soon as possible to be able to practice using EVV before the Jan. 1, 2024, implementation.
