August 18, 2023 - Docket No. 80011-7-WR-23 (Record No. 17396) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Orchard Valley Water Company (Orchard Valley or the Company) for authority to: increase its bi-monthly minimum charge from $50.00 to $60.00; increase its rate for usage in excess of 4,000 gallons, per two month period, from $2.00 to $3.00 per thousand gallons; and add a $50.00 service transfer fee to its Rules and Regulations
