The Hurst Where We Live mobile app allows our residents to identify issues, report them to the City of Hurst, and track the status of their service requests.
Service requests are submitted using a mobile device or our website, hursttx.gov. You have the option to include images or videos when submitting your request. Received service requests automatically route to the appropriate staff member for resolution. After submitting a request, you will receive a notification when action occurs, keeping you informed every step of the way.
