Did you see Chris Hayes reporting on this on MSNBC last night, Friend?

This week, Dallas-based federal Judge James Ho defended the ban on mifepristone -- an effective, life-saving abortion pill that's been FDA-approved and trusted by countless women for over three decades. Let's not forget: this safe and effective drug was originally banned by an Amarillo-based Trump-appointed Judge just a few months ago in April.

But here's a detail you might not know: Judge Ho was sworn into office back in 2018 by none other than Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, in a ceremony held in the private library of Thomas’s billionaire partner-in-corruption Harlan Crow. And guess who was in attendance? The ever-vocal Full-Time Podcast Host and Part-Time Senator, Ted Cruz.

This isn't just about one drug or one judge Friend. It's about a sweeping, meticulously coordinated effort by ghouls like Ted Cruz, Clarence Thomas, Harlan Crow, the Federalist Society, and Donald Trump, who are determined to unravel decades of progress and strip Texans of their reproductive freedoms.

Their vision for America is dark and brutal. They won't rest until they've molded our nation into their own dystopian Pinterest page. But we have the power, the resolve, and the numbers to push back and protect women’s rights.

Ted Cruz's seat is up for grabs next year, and we're gearing up to kick his ass out of office. Donate $24 NOW to power up our Beat Cruz War Room. Every penny will go directly towards ensuring we have the tools, talent, and tenacity to push back against Cruz’s cowardice.
