Dear John,
We've received the latest London Green News and are almost ready to
deliver them in two wards in West Central London: Askew in LBHF
(Hammersmith & Fulham) and Norland in RBKC (Kensington & Chelsea).
This is part of our campaign for Siân Berry to be elected as Mayor and
the Green Party list for the Assembly including our own Zack Polanski who's
number 3 on that list. Please have a look at the details below and see
which dates you're able to join us.
In the meantime, you might be interested in the GREENER LIVING DAY [1] on
Feb 29th (next Saturday) at Bay20 Community Centre, 71 Saint Marks Road,
London W10 6JG organised by NKCE (North Kensington Community Energy)
"Join us to create positive local action, improve our local environment
and find solutions to fight climate change in the heart of London
Grow your skills to save the planet! Join our community pop-up event to
learn practical steps we can take to make a difference while meeting
like-minded people.
We're bringing local groups, businesses and residents together to share
how we can make a positive change."
AND SO TO OUR DELIVERING LEAFLETS:
Volunteers will be given a list of addresses and will deliver in pairs. We
intend to increase party recognition by always delivering to the same
addresses, publication by publication, hence the address list.
PLEASE LET US KNOW ON WHICH DAYS/EVENINGS YOU’RE ABLE TO HELP DELIVER.
And please bring along a bag to carry the newspapers.
