Since the end of Roe v Wade, we’ve witnessed politicians across the country work to regulate our bodies, and strip away our right to make our own healthcare and family-planning decisions. Congressman Kevin Kiley is one of those politicians. It’s time to Kick-Out Kiley.
Out of Step with Voters
Kevin Kiley opposes a constitutional right to abortion, even though his constituents passed Prop 1 by wide margins. Instead, he supports the government regulating our bodies.
Wants to Criminalize Doctors and Patients
Kevin Kiley supports criminalizing patients coming from other states, and the California doctors who provide abortion services to them. He opposed AB1666.
Californians are Not Safe
Kevin Kiley believes voters and politicians should decide private decisions, not the individual. With this logic, Kiley would vote for a national ban on abortion services if given the opportunity.

Across Congressional District 3, NARAL and Democratic Central Committees are coordinating Days of Action to highlight Kiley’s abysmal record on reproductive freedom. Here’s how you can join us:
Leading up to the action: Write a letter to Kiley (template here) that states why you object to his voting record (fact sheet here). Email your letter to Placer County Democrats at [email protected] by Wednesday, August 23rd. All letters will be printed and hand-delivered to Kiley’s Rocklin office on August 25th.
