hard to imagine the devastation that wildfires have left behind on Maui.

Our country’s deadliest wildfire in the last 100 years. At least 111
deaths. Over 2,200 buildings destroyed, most of them homes, including
virtually the entire town of Lāhainā, Hawaiʻi.

Fueled by climate change.

There are no two ways about it — our rapidly changing climate is becoming
a life-and-death issue. And it’s only getting worse each year.

make the gut-wrenching decision to shelter their families by giving their
pets up for adoption, the Hawaiian Humane Society is helping to shelter,
relocate, and reunite them.
