The last year has brought real, measurable progress because of the hard work of so many of us.
Congress reauthorized the Violence Against Women Act, landmark legislation that funds local programs to support survivors and prevent future violence. Abusers are less likely to access guns, since lawmakers partially closed the “boyfriend loophole.” Communities have gotten unprecedented federal funds to help more children grow up with economic stability.
And yet …
The challenges we face as we work to prevent violence and heal those who’ve been traumatized are significant. Every day, the media shares news about online hate and harassment, incidents of gender-based violence, teens in crisis. The list goes on and on.
Our agenda is urgent. Because we rely on you in all of our work, we want to learn more about your priorities as we continue to advocate for progress.
Please, take just a few minutes to share what matters most to you about the FUTURES agenda. Your opinions and interests will help us continue to innovate and inform our
