Recently, a number of civil liberties groups were invited by representatives of various Deep State agencies to meet and “share our concerns” about Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which the FBI has been using to unlawfully spy on millions of Americans.

Campaign for Liberty was asked if we’d like an invitation to attend.

We declined. No good can possibly come of this meeting.

The FBI and the Justice Department are currently waging a campaign against the American people to suppress political dissent. They’re spying on you, me, and millions of other Americans.

In many cases, they’re bringing politically motivated charges against law-abiding people – not only political activists but concerned parents – waging a brutal war of terror against patriots of every type.

There can be no compromise with these entities. They have shown time and again they absolutely cannot be entrusted with unlawful spying powers and cannot be reformed.

And when grassroots leaders meet with “important” people in Washington, they begin to feel important themselves and before they know it, they’re compromising.

Right now, we have the Deep State trembling their crown jewel of spying on Americans might be taken away. Section 702 is set to expire at the end of this year, and you and I have a chance to drive a stake through its heart!



Even Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), who recently said “I will only support the reauthorization of Section 702 of FISA if there are significant reforms,” appears to be changing his tune after “hearing their concerns.”

This is the same song and dance we’ve gotten for years.

When the falsely-named “PATRIOT Act” was up for renewal, people in Washington talked about reforms for privacy protection – and then passed the even more privacy-invading, falsely-named “USA FREEDOM Act.”

That’s exactly how FISA Section 702 became the new preferred tool for mass spying on law-abiding Americans!

And when one of the U.S. “intelligence” agencies breaks the law, we are told the offenders will be re-trained and re-educated about the law, but then they go right out and do it all over again!

Section 702 is beyond reform. It must be repealed, period. And we must keep the pressure on Congress to follow through.

Tell Congress right now: REPEAL, not reform, Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act!



Even the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, a Deep State institution if there ever was one, two weeks ago raised an alarming history of FBI search violations, including illegal searches on Americans.

But of course, it recommended renewing Section 702 anyway.

Patriot, the Deep State considers every unconstitutional, extra-legal method they use “the most important” and they claim everything they do is necessary for “national security” because they always get away with that excuse!

The fact is, the Deep State is hell-bent on collecting every American’s emails, phone records, text messages, Internet searches, instant messages, online purchases, and social media posts.

And they’re not letting anything get in their way.

As admitted in the news, the NSA “deliberately ignored restrictions on their authority to spy on Americans multiple times in the past decade.”

Regardless of what some other civil liberties organizations might do, Campaign for Liberty will always fully defend your rights and freedoms.


This is a fight for the very future of our Republic.

No government in the history of mankind – not even the Communist East German Stasi of yesteryear – has ever held the massive spying power our federal government holds over law-abiding U.S. citizens today.

No government in world history that’s ever sought this power has even been able to avoid the temptation for abuse . . . and the Biden regime doesn’t even pretend to resist this temptation.

Remember, the Biden Justice Department believes the biggest threat to America isn’t a foreign government – it’s the American people.

And what they mean, of course, is those guilty of “wrongthink,” as Orwell put it. People like you and me.

That’s why it’s so critical you DEMAND Congress let Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act expire.



There are literally thousands of examples of agency abuse. The FBI has become so emboldened, they’re using DMV photos to launch a massive facial recognition database! They are skirting the law by buying your internet history from the Big Tech companies.

This should be no surprise. Men aren’t angels. Neither are politicians, government bureaucrats, or AI algorithms.

Our Founders understood liberty cannot exist without privacy. As Benjamin Franklin stated, “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

But today, our Constitution’s Fourth Amendment – which protects American citizens’ right to privacy from government – is hanging by nothing but a thread.

The protections you and I have against the actions of evil men holding the reins of our own government are dropping like flies.

You and I must take a stand.
