Did you see the latest reprehensible comment from far-right poster boy, and former Congressman, Madison Cawthorn???

The answer is no, you didn’t. And neither did we. Nobody pays attention to Madison Cawthorn anymore, since the Muckrakers team and our legion of supporters helped ensure he lost his reelection last year. Now we have the pleasure of never thinking about Cawthorn again, and knowing that if he feels bold enough to attempt a return to public life we will be waiting for him.

American Muckrakers is, and has always been, focused on one main mission: firing fools. And right now there is no shortage of fools that need to be fired.

Lauren Boebert, the World’s Dumbest Politician, is owed the Madison Cawthorn treatment. We released some information last year about Boebert’s shady past and the misdeeds that her and her then-husband, Jayson, had their buddies in law enforcement conceal from the public record. We did this because we believe that voters deserve to know what kind of people are trying to represent their interests in government.

The debate we stirred as a result of releasing the information we received from credible tips led Lauren Boebert to harass us and threaten a lawsuit. Now, we’ve turned the tables and are pursuing a defamation case against her — and will soon be able to depose her under oath to get to the truth about her past.

Our work against Boebert, along with a strong campaign by her Democratic opponent, Adam Frisch, contributed to her near-loss: Boebert very narrowly won reelection in 2022, only surviving by 546 votes.

But to fire this fool, we’re going to need to do even more — unearth more dirt, fight back on multiple fronts, and fund even more voter outreach and public awareness campaigns. So we really need you to have our backs in this one. Can we rely on you to help us stay strong and ready for anything Boebert might throw at us with a donation of $25 or more?
