ONE QUESTION SURVEY:
Should Paid Sick Leave Be a Universal Right?

YES →

Team, did you know that only 13 states guarantee paid sick leave for workers?

In our opinion, that’s 37 states too few where parents have to choose between paying bills or coming into work sick.

It’s exactly why we’ve worked alongside voters across the country to enact the paid medical leave policies they needed directly at the ballot box.

Fairness Project has helped win ballot measure campaigns that delivered paid family and medical leave to workers in Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, and Washington. We’re so proud of the work we’ve done to help change the lives of workers in these states, but with the majority of states having no guaranteed support for workers, we know there’s still so much work to be done.

So what do you think, team: Should paid sick leave be a universal right across all 50 states?
