[1]Lucas Kunce for U.S. Senate

John,

Earlier this year, Josh Hawley, his wife, and the corrupt federal judge
who donated to Hawley’s 2018 Senate campaign, Matthew Kacsmaryk, worked
together to ban the most commonly used abortion medication in all 50
states, without exception.

They set their plan to ban abortion into motion long ago. But now that
Hawley is facing the pressure of re-election, he’s lying about where he
stands — and he thinks all of us are going to let him get away with it:

[ [link removed] ]Tweet from reporter Emily Manley that reads: U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley
takes questions from reporters outside the Governor’s Ham Breakfast at the
Missouri State Fair says that he “defers to the voters” and says voters
should have the opportunity to vote on abortion. He also said he’s not
sure if it would pass in Missouri

IN 2017: Matthew Kacsmaryk was nominated to be a federal judge for the
north Texas district court. His confirmation stalled for years.

IN 2018: While his nomination languished in the Senate, Kacsmaryk made a
donation to Josh Hawley, a fellow member of the Federalist Society — a
group of corporate activist lawyers with funders including Chevron,
Google, and the Kochs.

IN 2019: Once he got to the Senate, Josh Hawley decided to make Kacsmaryk,
his campaign donor, a federal judge. He confirmed Kacsmaryk to the
northern Texas district court — despite bipartisan opposition over
Kacsmaryk’s Big Brother views on contraceptives and personal freedoms.

IN 2022: A lawsuit was filed in the northern Texas district court by
activist lawyers seeking to ban an abortion pill that millions have used
safely. Abortion medication accounts for over half of all abortions.

Josh Hawley’s wife led the suit. His donor was the judge.

the right, a Vanity Fair headline that reads: Erin Morrow Hawley is
leading the charge to ban abortion medication. She's also Josh Hawley's
wife.

APRIL 7, 2023: Hawley’s DONOR judge ruled in favor of the suit led by
Hawley’s WIFE, calling for a near-immediate ban on the abortion pill
mifepristone in all 50 states.

AND NOW: After the Supreme Court overturned Kacsmaryk’s ruling and a major
win for reproductive freedom advocates in Ohio, Hawley knows his own
extreme views on abortion are a serious liability for his re-election
campaign — so he’s lying to us.

Josh Hawley is a fraud and a coward — and we can’t afford another six
years of him representing Missouri in the U.S. Senate. [ [link removed] ]So if you’re
ready to end these Big Brother attacks on abortion and elect a real
warrior for working people, please rush a donation of $10 or
whatever you can afford to my grassroots campaign right now.

Everyday Missourians deserve a Senator who will actually stand up and
fight for their personal freedoms — not another corrupt politician
obsessed with controlling our bodies, families, and lives — and I’m ready
to serve.

Thanks for standing with me,
John.
