DONATE $3 TO HELP COVER THE COST OF OUR WEEKLY REPORT Republican Party of Arizona Hosts Saturday School Board Boot Camp Service as a school board member is one of the most unselfish forms of public service that anyone can be called upon to perform. Good school systems begin with good school boards. That's why the Republican Party of Arizona hosted a boot camp this weekend for individuals interested in running for local school board positions. Thank you to AZGOP 1st Vice-Chair Pam Kirby, who organized the training and made sure all of the seats in the room were filled with potential candidates. The basic function of a school board is to provide local citizens control over public education, representing community beliefs and values in the education of our children. School boards have the ability to positively impact student achievement and success. We appreciate everyone who showed interest and attended our inaugural school board boot camp!
