Breaking News: Bernie Sanders just won the Nevada caucuses in a landslide.

This is yet another massive victory — not just for Bernie, but for our entire Medicare for All movement. Not only did he earn a decisive share of delegates, but 6-in-10 caucus goers expressed support for Medicare for All.

Now more than ever, we need to keep this momentum alive. The South Carolina primary is in seven days, and Super Tuesday is only three days after that.

Primary after primary, caucus after caucus, and poll after poll are saying the same thing: when you put forth an ambitious, unflinching vision to fix our broken health care system, the people will rally around you.

Thank you for all the hard work you do to build our Medicare for All movement. This isn’t just a victory for Bernie — it’s a victory for all of us.

In solidarity,
