Sorry to bother you on the weekend, John; I’ll keep this quick.

We’re about to head in to the final week of February. And, John, we need to give the next seven days our all, because our campaign is Southwest Washington’s best shot at progress.

John, I’m running because I want to ensure that our community gets the kind of representation it deserves. 2022 is too long to wait for solutions to the crises we face as a community and a nation. When I think about how much hasn’t happened over the past two, let alone nine, years during Jaime Herrera Beutler’s incumbency, I am reminded how much each day matters.

That’s why our team is going to write to you every day for the next week. We need to use each day as best we can to build a strong campaign: One that’s inclusive, one that's optimistic about the kind of future we want for our children -- and, importantly, one that wins.

So John, I’m asking personally: Can you be one of the 27 people we need from Washington to contribute $3 to ensure that we turn out enough voters to win this race in November?
