JOE, HUNTER AND JAMES BIDEN CONVICTED OF FELONY CRIMES BEFORE CITIZENS COURT

(Boise, Idaho, August 17, 2023) Today, the Citizens Prosecutor, Larry Klayman, the General Counsel of Freedom Watch, Inc., announced that a Citizens Judge, Michael Pendleton, has handed down the first felony convictions of Joe, Hunter and James Biden, with regard to various criminal charges that were returned by a Citizens Grand Jury on October 14, 2021. The felony charges and convictions of Joe Biden concern negligent homicide over his actions in Afghanistan that resulted in the deaths of 13 American servicemen and Afghan allies including their young children, his accepting of bribes, and the commission of other enumerated felonies with regard to a money laundering scheme to enrich Joe Biden and his family carried about by Hunter and James Biden. Hunter and James Biden were also convicted as part of this racketeering scheme.
Prior to the trial which led to their convictions, Joe, Hunter and James Biden were notified of their right to appear, plead guilty, not guilty or nolo contendere, as well as appear at trial to defend themselves, through counsel or pro se. Apparently, having no respect for the legal authority and rights of the America people, neither they nor their legal counsel appeared at any time, and thus they were tried in absentia. At the sentencing of the Bidens, scheduled for August 29, 2023, they will again be accorded a final opportunity to appear and defend themselves, but given their apparent contempt, arrogance and lawlessness toward the people of the United States, this is not likely.
The power and authority of the American people to enforce not just man’s law, but the law of nature and nature’s God, as enumerated in our Declaration of Independence, is sacrosanct. Indeed, a primary reason to declare independence on July 4, 1776, was triggered by King George III and the British monarchy, when they took away from the colonies our criminal justice system, which was sent back to his Court of St. James in London.
In the landmark Supreme Court case of Williams vs. United States, 504 U.S. 36 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, ruled that the grand jury and thus the criminal process belongs to the American people and not exclusively to the three branches of government. Thus, this right exists side by side with establishment grand juries administered by the U.S. Justice Department.
Given the two tiered, selective prosecution, discriminatory, dishonest and totally corrupt current state of the U. S. Justice Department and its Federal Bureau of Investigation under the “leadership” of Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, which under Joe Biden has been weaponized as a virtual “Gestapo” against all those who oppose him, the Democrats and the left, including but hardly limited to the peaceful January 6, 2021 protesters, it was incumbent of the American people themselves, particularly given the lack of courage, if not compromised cowardliness Republicans and other government authorities, to hold the “Biden Crime Family” to account under the rule of law.

“No one but the American people themselves will hold the “Biden Crime Family” to account for their crimes.
The executive branch, in particular, of our current government, is corrupt and Republicans simply put on dog and pony shows on Capitol Hill, as “Rome burns,” with President Trump being wrongly indicted four times by rabid leftist Democrat prosecutors, but the Bidens allowed to roam free. This will not stand, and Joe, Hunter and James Biden will be sentenced for their crimes against the people of the United States and then it will be incumbent for them to surrender themselves or, if as expected they do not, it will be necessary for established law enforcement or the military to take them into custody for them to serve time in prison.”
