Did you hear the news? On Monday, in an historic first, the Honorable Judge Kathy Seeley ruled wholly in favor of the 16 youth plaintiffs in our constitutional climate case Held v. State of Montana!

Please join us online Monday, August 21st at 12pm PT / 1pm MT / 2pm CT / 3pm ET (9am HT / 9pm CET) to celebrate this pivotal victory. Together, we’ll write and share messages of congratulations to the youth plaintiffs and hear from some of these young climate leaders and their attorneys. We’ll also discuss Judge Seeley’s ruling and what it means for Montana youth (as well as children and young people across the country - and around the world!), as well as share actions everyone can take to continue our collective efforts to secure and protect the right to a safe climate for children and youth everywhere.
