This week, we heard Michael Bloomberg say in a video clip from 2016 that anyone can be a farmer. Do you want to know what he said? 

"You dig a hole, you put a seed in, you put dirt on top, add water, up comes the corn."

As someone who comes from a family of farmers, and has been a farmer their whole life, this couldn’t be farther from the truth. South Dakota’s farmers work extremely hard every day to help feed our state and provide a living for their families.

I went on to Fox News this week to set the record straight and challenged Michael Bloomberg to visit a farm himself, instead of spending his time with his coastal elitist friends.
