Y'all, it is the middle of AUGUST already! And campaign season is starting to ramp up.
Below are some upcoming events (including for our very own Carrie O'Brien!), where you'll have the opportunity to support Democrats across Morris County:
Join Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill TOMORROW NIGHT in Morristown for a gathering to celebrate Christine Clarke's birthday!
Standard tickets are $125 BUT there is a special $40 ticket for Young Democrats.
The event begins at 5:30 PM, and you can purchase your tickets HERE.
On Tuesday, August 22nd, join Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty in support of Fourth Ward Council candidate Chris Russo.
The event will take place at The Grand Cafe, and begin at 5:30 PM.

 On Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:30 PM at Jockey Hollow, join MCDC Chair Amalia Duarte and the Morris County Democratic Committee with special guests Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill, State Senate Majority Leader Teresa Ruiz, and former State Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg as they celebrate the anniversary of women winning the right to vote!

Ready to get fired up?
On Friday, August 25th at 7:00 PM join the Morris Plains Democratic Committee for a BBQ in support of Council candidates Missy Goyeneche and Bill Houston.
Morris Plains is ripe for change, and Missy and Bill have a GREAT opportunity to flip the Council blue in November.

 On Sunday, August 27th, join our very own Secretary Carrie O'Brien as she officially kicks off her campaign for Morris County Clerk.
The event will take place from 6:00-8:00 PM at Budd Lake's new Lakeview Sports Bar, where you'll hear from the next generation of leaders about their plans to strengthen democracy in Morris County.
The event will wrap up with a beautiful sunset toast at 7:40 PM.

On Monday, August 28th, head on over to Dover for a cocktail reception in support of James P. Dodd, the Democratic nominee for Mayor.
Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill will be a special guest.
The event will take place at One11 Bar & Kitchen from 6:30-8:30 PM.

 On Thursday, August 31st, meet County Clerk candidate Carrie O'Brien and compete in Mario Kart as we race to the polls. Enjoy a full bar, regulation 9' billiard tables, shuffleboard, board games, and new and classic console games.
Plus, stay for trivia beginning at 8:30 PM
The event will take place at Recess in Parsippany, and begin at 5:30.

 It's not in Morris County, but on Thursday, September 7th, Mikie Sherrill, in her capacity as Chairwoman of the Gateway to Leadership PAC, will be hosting her 2nd Annual Elect More Women event, celebrating New Jersey Democratic women leaders and candidates.
This event, along with other events, initiatives, and ongoing fundraising, allows Gateway to Leadership to continue its work to support Democrats across New Jersey, particularly our women Senate and Assembly candidates this November.
The event will take place at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth (Union County) from 7:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased HERE, and begin at $100.
