JOhn, it's hard to believe how fast this summer seems to have gone by.

But now, with August already half-way done, we’re approaching the point at which campaigns for this year’s elections in the Commonwealth will accelerate!

As things scale up, Virginia Democrats are working hard to strategically coordinate and run the most efficient field programs. I was so impressed with what I saw last week when I attended the opening of a new joint office for Danica Roem, Josh Thomas, and Travis Nembhard.

Talking to candidates, organizers, and volunteers involved in the races that will determine control of our state legislature, I sense nothing but enthusiasm and energy as we prepare to enter the fall.

I'm excited to keep assisting these races wherever I can. Can you help boost my efforts by contributing $10 (or any amount) before my mid-August fundraising deadline tonight? We need to raise just $1,216 more to meet our goal.
