Dear John,
They’ve hit the panic button.
On June 31, my campaign for Congress reported raising $232,000 during the 2nd quarter of 2023, far exceeding expectations. It was especially a wake-up call for my opponent, Democrat Jim Costa, who thought last year was a fluke. If you recall, in September 2022, national polls showed that I was tied with Democrat Jim Costa in the race for the 21st Congressional District.
Costa is hitting the panic button, but that’s not the only reason.
My campaign's message resonates with voters – and my background as a former FBI agent, Navy Nuclear Submarine operator, and small business owner is a life experience my opponent simply can't touch.
Everywhere I go on the campaign trail, I hear from folks like you who are fed up with the direction of our country. They are looking for solutions to out-of-control violent crime, unchecked government indoctrination in our schools, and foreign governments (think China) tampering and hacking into our critical infrastructure networks and purchasing local farmland.
Democrat Jim Costa and his “woke” policies helped to create many of these problems and made others much worse. It is time to show him the exit door.
I need to double what we raised in the previous quarter. I want to knock the socks off our opponents. I want the Washington D.C. political pundits’ jaws to drop when we report our fundraising totals at the end of September.
But to do it, I must have your help. Will you give $10, $25, $50, or whatever you can to my campaign?

Our country is at a crucial crossroads. We have a unique opportunity to end the career of a four-decade liberal politician. Will you help me retire Jim Costa?
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
|
