The Washington Post: Appeals court embraces abortion-pill limits, sets up
Supreme Court review
[ [link removed] ]DONATE
FIRST: Extremist anti-choice Judge Kacsmaryk in Texas ruled to suspend FDA
approval of Mifepristone, an incredibly common and medically safe
medication abortion drug.
THEN: SCOTUS did their jobs *for once* and ruled that Mifepristone must
continue to be made accessible.
NOW: A far-right conservative appeals court is trying to restrict access
AGAIN, setting up another showdown at the Supreme Court.
The attacks on abortion rights won’t stop, but neither will
we, John.
[ [link removed] ]We’re launching an emergency $10,000 goal to fight back and defend
access to safe, legal abortion medication. Will you please RUSH $25 to
give us the resources we need to take to the streets and arm organizers
with the tools they need to fight back?
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your
donation will go through immediately.
