The Mississippi Center for Public Policy is committed to training and equipping future leaders for our state.
The Mississippi Leadership Academy is a five-part program designed to equip college students, high school seniors and young professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to be effective change-agents in our state.

Courses are taken one Saturday each month, over a six month period, and include:
The challenges our state faces
The morality of the free market
American exceptionalism and the ideas behind the Founding
The basics of the law making process
Media management
How to defend liberty on campus.
Last year, speakers included the Attorney General, Lynn Fitch, State Auditor, Shad White, Lord Daniel Hannan, the author, Matt Ridley, as well as a number of leading academics.
Upon graduation, students will have made connections with student peers, as well as our states’ preeminent thought leaders, and will graduate better prepared to defend American principles, enter the workforce, and lead.
