Folks – it was just yesterday I wrote to you about the GOP’s largest PAC in Virginia bringing in an unprecedented amount of money. About 20 minutes later, my team sent me an article with this headline:

Turns out, Democratic candidates for the House of Delegates have less cash in the bank than Republican candidates.
